This is an optional service to help procure uncollected funds. We are committed to providing an honest and fair representation with a heavy emphasis on common sense. If after signing a contract with us, you decide to cancel (before this company is able to finish the full scope of work) and utilize another method to collect the funds from the county, there is a special clause in the contract that states the client is responsible to pay Shepherd Homes 10% of the total value of the unclaimed funds within a certain time period. This is titled in the contract as (Non-Circumvention). Once the court date happens, there is no opportunity to cancel.
